Hello Healthy Mind

It’s my passion to help women unlock their true potential and find inner peace. In this 5 week course I will be sharing a philosophy that not only changed my life but the women I have coached.

I will create a safe space for you to share if you want to or to just listen to the teachings. This coaching package is for anyone who doesn’t want to settle for a stress filled life. It’s for any woman who feels the calling to change on a deep level. All that is required is an open mind and the commitment to show up every week and apply the teachings.

Me and Jo met last year. I had so much trauma in my life and I was in a bad way. I started to do sessions with Jo and each week after my sessions I started to become more positive and felt that I was moving on with my life and getting stronger to deal with day to day. She taught me how to teach my mind to be positive and how to do breathing exercises to calm me and focus on tackling each moment. Even after my sessions she would recap and send voice recordings, quotes and meditation messages.
