5 one to one sessions with Jo in the comfort of your own home. Other locations are available too.

These sessions are designed for children from 10 years old up to late teens.

I was really nervous at first, but the sessions were fun and the best thing is, they really worked. I can manage my anxiety now and am much happier and in control. Jo is kind and fun and can really help you to be more confident and happy

Over 25 years  teaching experience in secondary and primary schools in London and Hampshire

After teaching children for over 25 years and seeing the life changing affects my coaching had on adults, I just knew I had to share this work with children. I created a course which not only teaches well being but is actually fun for children to take part in. Whilst teaching the tools to a healthy mind there will be short bursts of movement, mindfulness, meditation and fun activities to illustrate the philosophy and make it more memorable.

I can’t wait to share my passion and to help change young lives for the better. Book soon to avoid disappointment.

Jo is DBS checked and still works part time in a Hampshire primary school.

Jo has made an incredible difference to my daughter who was struggling to attend school due to stress and anxiety. Through Jo’s coaching, she’s been able to understand the patterns of her thoughts and take control of her emotions, which has been life changing, not just for Amy but for me with my own emotions too. The whole experience was so positive as Jo delivers her session in such an engaging, fun, interactive and creative way with genuine compassion, wisdom and kindness through everything she does.

“Over the course of the 5 week period with Mrs Shearn, there has been a significant change in the child’s behaviour. He is able to self-regulate his emotions quickly, has grown in self-confidence, has shown resilience and has been able to accept praise and positive encouragement from adults. Overall he smiles more frequently, laughs with friends and is able to recognise his own qualities.” Learning Support Assistant, Newtown Primary School Gosport. Hello Healthy Mind trial.
